This projects aims to developed as a sustainable village for arts and crafts for entire Andhra Pradesh. Interpretation Centre, Art and Craft village, Five Star Resort and an Amusement park will be the major attractions of the project.

Bamboo, mud and local stone and local timber would be the main material crafting the eco-friendly building using traditional technology. Ecological restoration of the overflow channel, adding keystone species of plants and trees to enhance biodiversity of the region, harvesting about 100 crore litres of rain water, waste management through DEWATS, dry waste digester, energy efficient campus from solar, biomass are some of attempts to make the campus more sustainable.
