Channapatna Housing for the Karnataka Housing Board was another one of our notable housing projects. Here, we recommended bamboo for the doors and window shutters. A layout was drawn as per town planning norms, while incorporating continuous green spaces with extensive recreation facilities for children, youth, and the elderly. Further, 30 units of low-income group, middle-income group, and customisable high-income group housing designs were built, along with a bus stop and milk booth for
convenience.
